SLC In the Eyes of Middle-Level Members

FBLA-PBL offers an array of activities that build personal and professional skills, including unique career-development programs and a variety of conferences and workshops. From the local to the national level, FBLA-PBL conferences help members develop leadership, chapter management, and career skills, as well as build lasting networks and friendships. SLCs feature competitive events and elections. Competitive event winners earn the opportunity to compete at the National Leadership Conference.

The Beebe Junior High School FBLA-Middle Level Chapter in Arkansas had the opportunity to compete and CONNECT with chapters across their state at their State Leadership Conference. They participated in competitive events and an awards ceremony where they had the chance to celebrate each other's accomplishments and hard work!

When asked what their favorite part of the SLC experience was, members said, “We loved seeing people who had the same passion as us and who love FBLA as much as we do!” Members also stated, “Our favorite part was the awards ceremony! The feeling of seeing all our hard work be recognized with the people who we know also worked hard was great!”

Not only were the students exhilarated with the results but so was their adviser; he was proud to see the students enjoying themselves in an event that helped them learn so many things that will have a lasting impact in their lives.

The Arkansas FBLA-Middle Level  SLC was a great success for all chapters, and members and advisers had the opportunity to learn and CONNECT from chapters across the state!
